Then “Allegations” of abuse came up…unfounded. Judge still remove son places son with mom who in a battered woman shelter. I file motions judge overlooks my motions. Orders me to get a lawyer I refuse. So she appoints me one. At this point, that attorney filed for supervised visits on my behalf. when I told him not to. Everything was unfounded I was forced to do supervised visits at the DCYF building, then at the court house. At this point it’s been 3 mounts that I have not seen my son that I raised his entire life. This was the longest 3 month of my life. Knowing my son was in a bad environment. After proving my innocence they still refused to place my son back in his home with the farther instead.
