Asked in Civil Litigation for Arizona

Q: FIND TEN CASE STUDIES DECIDED IN THE APPEAL COURT OF ARIZONA

One of the parties Not listed in the claim in Arizona is a company that received a transfer of ($390,000 USD) sent from Canada to Thailand to prepare a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) and they should be added to the claim (The Plaintiff is refusing to acknowledge this) This is important because there is jurisdiction from Canada because the funds had been transferred out of Quebec, Canada not the U.S. (Need to show from the U.S. Court side that the company needs to be added to the civil suit even though they are in Thailand) and that they can't proceed with any hearing without the proper service to ALL parties
