Q: TEN CASE LAWS SUPPORTING THAT Canadian courts should handle ANY MATTER RELATING TO CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS INITIATED IN C

A “Civil” matter is currently before the court for adjudication before the Arizona Superior Court.

What is being challenged is that the Plaintiff / Defendant in this matter are both companies out of Quebec, Canada.

The Plaintiff transferred funds from a Canadian Bank to a company in Thailand ($390,000) and Arizona ($10,000) at the instruction if the Defendant to a third-parties.

The Plaintiff is asking for a interest rate of $50,000 USD per week (now into its 12th month) for a principal amount advanced of $400,000 USD

This arrangement was overseen by the Plaintiff’s Quebec lawyer who gave the green light - problem is that the amount of interest that the Plaintiff is seeking is against the law in Canada .LIST DOWN TEN CASE LAWS THAT SUPPORT THAT THE CASE SHOULD BE HEARD IN CANADA NOT IN ARIZONA COURT
