Q: How do I deal with Spyware app being used to invade my privacy

Ex boyfre. phone hacked by a Spyware app. By girl he cheated with. She has openly admitted to it but I do not know if there is any proof. The phone hacked is no longer around as he's had a couple of them since then. If I go back far enough I might be able to find a text message from him stating the she had done this. I could be upset but move on from the situation If I hadn't been told she actively listened to us in a very intimate private moment. In the privacy of my home, my bedroom with no knowledge that I am being recorded she violated my privacy. She used thus information to let him k ow she knew he had lied to her of his ware abouts. He played it back and forth for over a year. I am traumatized by theses actions and feel extreme violated. I seek help mostly to see if there is a way to get the evidence as I'm not a party to either device nor do I know of the exact app. Possibly a $60 purchase, she had full access and pertinent Info including using his fingerprint to open w/sleepi
