Q: Procedure for Nuiance Abatement in Georgia

Can someone tell me what the legal steps for performing an abatement on private property is? Is there a specified time to complete after a court order is signed? When doing said abatement are they supposed to provide property owner notice of date and time they will do abatement? Are they allowed to ban the property owners from the property while doing abatement, if so are they supposed to provide notice of this or should it have been in court order? When the abatement is complete should the property owner be given any paperwork, such as the amount of debris hauled off? When should the property owner receive a bill and justification of costs? Also, does the owner have any rights against the county for damages incurred to his property while they were doing the abatement? Any help with any of these questions is greatly appreciated. I was not sure how to categorize this.
