Asked in Criminal Law and Banking for Alabama

Q: trying to find an experienced lawyer suing banks

Regions bank has abused my fathers funds and mishandled it. Their actions has caused my 80 year old father stress and financial injury. He went online and paid 10 thousand dollars to the loan company for his truck payout. The bank took it upon themselves to send a check, which wouldn't get there in time before added costs where tacked on. He waited for a couple of days noticing it was still processing, so he went to the bank and that's when he found out what they did. So the bank had him cancel the check and get a cashier check. He had to overnight it. 30 dollars to do so. He then checked his account and it showed he was negative by thousands, and bills bounced and fees added. He then talked with the local bank manager and she she she fixed it. Apparently they double dipped 10 thousand dollars. Well she called him later and very cheerful said everything was fixed and check cleared. He has went back and forth with them for days because it isn't fixed and he is over 3000 negative
