Q: What are reasonable submissions for travel when a co trustee comes in from out of town to help with a junk removal?

My sister and I are co-trustees to my mother's Illinois home that only has 100K equity and hoarder home. My sister lives in Florida and came for unnecessary 3 weeks-- she visited friends did business out of rental airbnb. Total helped in home 2.5 days and then helped by phone to make an insurance claim. She never helped us with any other task that we asked of her. She has 2 homes in Florida. We do not have the wealth she has. Seems she came to toss the already hoarder house of valuables and then "checked out" of the process leaving my husband and myself and our very generous 2 friends to clean out the house. She is back in Florida and keeps demanding us to hurry up as she wants the house on the market to be reimbursed for "all expenses she is entitled to" airfare, airbnb, car, food etc... Is there a guideline somewhere of reasonable expenses? She obviously did not need to be here for 3 weeks. Do we need to make time sheets of our time and friends work spent at the house for reimburseme
