Columbus, OH asked in Child Custody for Ohio

Q: My ex has an ex parte cpo involving kids that due to late service was delayed 2 mo. How to expedite or allow phone call?

I cant afford a lawyer at the moment. I know your first answer will be contact a lawyer. I did a decent job during our divorce filing everything myself and came out ahead or at least at what I was asking. I just need to know what motion to file that will either expedite the hearing since 2mo is too long not to even be able to talk to my kids or at least have the judge modify the protection order to allow me to talk to my kids on the phone prior to the hearing. Please someone give me a site or tell me a specific motion I can file. My mind isn't as sharp as it was during the divorce to navigate the law and I am humbly asking for someone's assistance in the matter please.
