Q: building contract question
having a small cabin shell built and the builder wont get the roof done, sub-floor was completed 3 months ago, now only partially completed rain still flooding inside. whole place going to ruined before its even done. ready to hire someone else to finish the job but don't want to get sued by the builder. did sign a contract without a completion date
