That is a great question, and without more information difficult to answer. However, most lawyers offer a free initial consultation to see if there is a case and/or what it will take to fight the assault charges.

You absolutely need a speak with a lawyer. You will receive a free consultation from almost any injury attorney you choose. More information is certainly needed, such as whether this injury happened at your own home, at work, etc. And as the last lawyer mentioned it could be a product liability case. Additionally, you will want to hire a lawyer before the statute of limitations runs out, usually between 1-3 years after the accident. Contact us for more information....
