Yes, as long as you can show that you have been in the state for the last six months. You can use an affidavit or FL ID instead of the license. Get a consultation to better understand. In which county are you looking to file?

It is illegal for you to “run away” with your partner. It would also be illegal to have a sexual relationship.

Q: Going through a divorce, is my wife allowed to keep the kids from me? I haven't seen them in 2 months.

We are going through a divorce, but she doesn't have any documents saying I can't be with my children. She hasn't let me see or speak to them since November 1st. What are my options?
