Surgery a total reverse shoulder replacement.I am still paying on previous surgery,cannot pay for this one.I live on soc sec 1367 a month. I plan on asking the home health agency to pay what m'caredid not cover,only 1500 but it might as well be a mill.Do I hhave a case?
