First and foremost I am sorry for your loss. The statute of limitations for wrongful death is 2 years. You should contact a medical malpractice lawyer to review the case.

Q: I had a shoulder replaced 2/13,rehab therapy very aggressive,prosthesis pulled from humerous,torn rotater cuff,had 2nd

Surgery a total reverse shoulder replacement.I am still paying on previous surgery,cannot pay for this one.I live on soc sec 1367 a month. I plan on asking the home health agency to pay what m'caredid not cover,only 1500 but it might as well be a mill.Do I hhave a case?
