Q: In the state of New Jersey, can a Tenant in Common account have Transfer on Death Beneficieries listed for each owner?

A: i think that is possible, but it really depends on the nature of the account and the bank's policy. a tenant in common is a 50% share, and so there is no logical reason why not.
