I am with Albanian nationality . i wanted to get some information from your office if is possible . can a failed asylum seeker who has returned to his own country voluntarily can come back to UK and seek asylum again for the same reason? please let me know , thank you

A: Dear Sir/Madam,

I will answer the question with regards to US Immigration & Nationality Laws. If you return to the US to renew your asylum application that was previously denied, you must have better evidence or changed circumstances that would cause your case to be approved. In other words, if your case was previously denied and you now seek the same application again without any changed circumstances, the USCIS or the Immigration Judge may think that you are trying to take advantage of the system. Hence, make certain that you do have changed circumstances OR better evidence relative to the previously denied claim.
