A: Dear Sir/Madam,

There are no additional medical examinations after the physician conducts the medical examination and completed form I-693. If the physician complied with all of the requirements included in the regulations and if you pass the test, then that would be the last time you will be examined physically for your adjustment of status application. However, if the physician did not complete the examination correctly or if s/he did not complete Form I-693 or if the envelope containing such form was not sealed at the time of the adjustment application, you may be required to undergo another medical examination.

I hope I answered your question.
