Q: I didn't get paid my commitions from a job. can I still get my money even though I no longer work there?
A: If the commissions were earned while you were employed by the company, you are still entitled to those commissions even though you no longer work for the company. If you left the company before the work on the project was finished, and someone else had to complete the work, then you would be entitled to your pro-rata share of commission earned based upon the amount of work you and anyone else did on the project.
