You should contact a local attorney and discuss the possibility of getting a Family Law Attorneys Real Property Lien on the family home. It is one way that attorneys can get paid. You can put a lien on the home up to one half of the Community Property Interest you have in it.
Also you can get an attorney who will go into court to get you money to pay for an attorney. The court can order your attorney's fees to be paid by the other spouse.
You should check out my books on Divorce Strategy and Domestic Violence at www.MensFamilyLaw.com. There is lots of good information in them for you.
