Person involved is being thrown out of her home and all her belonging are being taken by her son. She has no money. She has no place to live. Property is in foreclosure; however, the bank/govt has not bothered her.
A: I hope this problem has been resolved in her favor. She might have been able to get an appointment with the local legal aid office, but it usually takes a number of months. The best thing to do is hire an attorney. One thing that might have been available is for her to file a petition for injunction. The court costs can be waived if she is indigent.
