A: Apparently, you did not finish your questions. If you meant as to whether you had a cause of action against the breaching party? If you had a written contract it should show the term of your agreement.In general, a contract requires clear terms, which determine what each party promises and what the conditions are. A party who doesn't perform his or her part of the contract, may be in breach and entitled to remedy. Even if you had only an oral contract, the breaching party may be entitled to a relief under several different situation. In your case, you have "completed the contract". You should consult a local business attorney and provide more facts to ascertain whether you could file a cause of action. Good luck.
