Q: How much is it to clear my record?
I have a misdeameanor on my record and i want to get it cleared how much does it cost and how to i go about doing so
A: In San Diego the filing fee is $60. Go to your local courts business office or website for more information on "clearing your record" under Penal Code section 1203.4. In the alternative, the best move may be hiring an attorney who can handle all of this for you

A: I would also add that although hiring an attorney may cost more than handling this on your own, the process should be quicker with an attorney.
