Q: My complaint is for breach of contract with sevral coas do i list each breach in the coa for breach of contract as well

Im unsure if i put each allegation in the coa for breach of contract, as well as list each coa seperately

A: The more detailed your allegations are the greater chance they will have in moving beyond the pleadings stage. If your cause of actions are not clearly stated a demurrer can be used to throw your cause of actions out.
