A: The form to add someone to the title of real property is a Deed. A deed must bear the signatures of two witnesses and the seller/grantor's signature should be notarized for recording purposes. The deed is normally recorded at the Clerk of Court although in Orange County the recording of official documents is done by the Orange County Comptroller's Office. I believe there is one other county where the comptroller records documents but I cannot remember the name.
