Q: I have been slander from work cause another person more than one has lied upon me
I am a driver of a company of a pilot escort company that was blackballed from a trucking company because someone lied about them i am also black balled from the trucking company because people has lied and the people didnt ask us if thats true and didnt have a ansewer plz help we was slander the company is based out of pa but the person am also going after lives in ok
A: It usually costs a lot of money to hire an attorney to sue for this. The person you are suing would have to have a very deep pocket to make it worthwhile, and attorneys do not take slander cases on a contingency fee basis.
