Large chain over 600 locations

2 adults, 8 month baby and service animal

paid one week in advance

Issues involved:

health code violations, building and safety, vector infestation,

improper sanitation procedures, hvac/ improper ventilation, water leakage, mold, negligence, personal property damage/loss and medical, water damage, mold.

Everything listed above I have documented and photographed.

By the 4th day, manager refunded our money and voluntarily started a claim with their insurance company for medical and personal property loss/damage.
