Q: I-130 approval what next ?

Hi, m a spouse of permanent legal residents,

In july 31/2013 i recived the approvel letter from USCIS.

What needs to be done after I 130 approval?

what are the documents that must be sent to the nvc?

As the site explains,if your Priority Date meets the most recent Qualifying Date, the NVC will:

1) Invoice you for your visa application fees

2) Collect your visa application and supporting documentation

3) Hold your visa petition until an interview can be scheduled with a consular officer at a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate General abroad.

Thus, please wait for NVC to contact you with the invoice and request for further documents.
