A: That depends on what is in the contract. If the contract specifies the manager will maintain a real estate license with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and he or she fails to do so, then the manager has probably breached the agreement. Also, if the person managing your property does not have a license, he or she may also be violating the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code, depending on what duties the manager performs for you.
