Q: Can I give custody up to the state of Florida of a child that has mental and rage problems?
My son is 8 almost 9... We have been in and out of mental hospitals from ohio and now Florida. I have a 3 year old that he takes his argue out on. He hits, punches, try's to hurt her in a lot of ways. He has tried to hurt himself on a weekly thing. He's in a day time treatment. I've done everything they say to do and nothing helps. We are scared of him. We lock our bedroom door with our 3 year old at least 4 times a week. I can't handle it anymore. I'm mentally stressed to my max. I have a youngest child to worry about. There is so much more but can't put it on here.
