Q: being charged with simple assault on an officer resisting arrest and an argument with my boyfriend which got them there
and domestic on my boyfriend and obstructing justice court on Friday would I be smart to have my bf stay away or go in to try to help get the dv charge removed.i had a problem that was filed 5 months ago to do with just the officer which now may come up . we want to live back home but should we just wait ant take the simple charge then they drop the others auto
