My brothers daughter is 9yrs old she lives with her mother, my brother has final say in all decisions. Her mother wants to move their daughter to Tennessee and he does not want his daughter to go. Her mother has a record including 4th degree burglary and theft, she has nothing towards being a bad mother. What are his chances of keeping his daughter in Maryland with him.
