Q: I am a green card holder can i still sponser my parents and my un -married sister who is 29 years old For immigration?

Also my sister is a practicing dentist in india since last 7 years, what is she suppose to do if she wants to immigrate to USA & carry on with her practice here??

What is the best legal way for me to get her here in short time and what would the procedure be?

If your question is that if you can file a Petition for your parents or unmarried sister as a green card holder, the answer is NO.
