Flint, MI asked in Products Liability for Michigan

Q: Do i have a case?

I own a lemon car( qualifies for three different problems including a faulty seat). i took my car into the dealership to have a bucket list of problems resolved. upon return of my car not ONE thing was fixed and the seat was far worse. I made a video in the dealership parking lot for proof and went back inside. i was refused service until the district manager returned from vacation. I told the dealership owner and service manager i do not feel safe driving around in this car( seat moves side to side 2-3 inches) and that i demanded a rental( they are free) and was still denied service. 2 weeks after this mess i get t-boned by someone who ran a red light, the seat falls apart and i recieve a herniated disc and shooting leg pain. I immediatly call the manufacture and the only response i got is " if the seat came apart in the accident it is no longer our problem to fix it under warranty. what negligence. this is a $50,000 car by the way
