Q: Is it legal for an 18 year old to date a 17 year old with no sexual activity?
If I start dating someone as a minor and I turn 18, and she's a year behind is that O.K.? I'm not 18 yet but want to know for the future. It's a weird age to be at and I don't want kissing her to suddenly become sexual assault or something.
