Q: I'm 17 and I'm seeing a guy who is 27 if no sexual contact happens is it illegal and could my parents press charges?
I'm with this guy and he's scared if e talks to me he could go to prison but if we just talk no sexual contact happens is it still illegal and possible for my parents to press charges And if so after I turn 18 and tell them could they still press charges considering we where together wen I was considered a minor by law?
