Q: im divorced and my daughter took her dads credit card and made thousands of dollars worth of online charges.

Items were shipped to both homes. Who is responsible for the charges if she was charged with a felony?

A: That would depend how old your daughter is and if you had knowledge that she purchased the items that came to your house with her dad's credit card. If her dad reported the card as stolen or reported the charges as fraudulent, she may get charged with a felony. The best thing to do is return all the items she purchased.
