Tried to cross the first time in january 2007 he was 17 he got caught and they took biometrics he gave another name than tried again 3 mnths after that and was successful stayed here dince then...he doesnt have any bad criminal record nothing other than giving fake name at border we have one us child.... now we want to know what probability is there that he can get the waiver appeoved and how many years do you tjink he will have to remain out of the country as consequence for what he did
