Of Ga the mother will not contact and has changed numbers. What can I do?
A: Are you looking for access to the child? If so, the fact you are paying child support is irrelevant. Is there a court order in place? If so, what does the Court order say regarding access? If so, is he comply with it? If not, file for contempt. If no Order is in place, you should file for custody/visitation in the state that the child has resided in for more than 6 months.
