Q: hello i'm feeling threat from my baby mother what can i do about it?
it all started b/c i cant go get my daughter when she want to but she keep saying if i go over to see my daughter she going have people beat me up her and her new boyfriend when i go see my daughter and i feel that's a threat b/c i do go over there and all i want is to be with my daughter please help
A: if you are fearful of immediate harm to yourself or your daughter you can file for a protective order. If you don't (or even if you do) you should file for custody.
