Q: My two boys r in temp. Custody of their grandparents. They can take proper care and I am finding they want me to keep
Them anyway. If I signed custody over can they give it back w/o DSS/CSP involment
A: if you give grandparents custody and want children back (and grandparents will not agree) you would have to file a motion with the court that entered the order granting your children asking the court to order the return of the children.
