Q: M ex moved to MD with my son I don't have any court ordered visitation here n ny and she won't give me the new address.
What should I do or how would I file with no address?
A: If it has been less than 6 months, then hire an attorney in NY and file for custody ASAP. If it has been more than 6 months, then hire an attorney in MD and file for custody ASAP.
