Miami, FL asked in Criminal Law for Florida

Q: last night I was locked out of my house, so I tried to break into my backdoor, and my neighbors saw me, and apparently

didn't know it was me. when the police arrived, they asked to see my ID to make sure I was there, so when I went to find my ID, they came in my house, which I didn't really have a problem with. as I was looking for my identification, they noticed some marijuana roaches on my husband's table. I was not even aware they were there...there was also some kind of paraphernalia...because my husband wasn't here they end up arresting me and charged me with three grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. if my husband comes forward, and tells them that it was his and that I had no knowledge if it even being there, will they drop the charges against me?
