Q: I have a customer claim they didn't receive part of their order which I know without uncertainty they did. What do I do?
Its a small item so I am unable to verify by shipping weight. I double checked inventory and it is all accounted for. I asked the customer to ship everything back for a full refund but she wants a partial refund. Can I deny her the partial refund and tell her I will only issue a full refund once she ships everything back in new condition?
