Q: Can anyone other than parents accuse an 18 year old of sex with 14 year old, how can it be proven?
If someones daughter is 14 and is dating an 18 year old but they are not having sex, how is it proven if someone outside the family accuses them of having a sexual relationship?
A: How something is proven depends upon the facts. I do not know enough of the facts to give a solid answer. I would have to know the facts that the state intends to use at trial.
