Q: what do u mean by "The 17 year old might be hard to control, however".

What exactly does that mean? Is there some type of legal way get around the parents with out emancipation? Emancipation isnt in option, the length of time it would take shed be 18 before its said and done. Unless there is away to speed up the process. She wants out of the toxic controlling environment from which she lives
