Q: Who gets the ticket in their driving record ?
Let's say a car is registered under person A names but the insurance is under person B but person C got a ticket from a bus Driver because person c failed to stop.... No cops involved but got a ticket a few weeks later in the mail.. This ticket is gonna be on who driving record ?im asking this question because I know red light cameras is just a fine so I wanted to know if these is the same
A: Do you write questions for the Bar Exam? If not you should. This is a good one. The owner is responsible for his property. So if A loans his car to B who runs a Bus Stop sign C the ticket will issue to the registered owner.
