A: Get an immigration attorney to help you with this. There are lots of forms that need to be completed correctly and any mistakes can cost you time, money, and the eventual success of your application. Also do not rush to get married before you consult a lawyer. If you get married without the proper paperwork, you may have to go back to your native country and wait for applications to be processed. You can use the time before you file to build up proof of the relationship. Get copies of e-mails and text messages and phone records showing you call each other. Go visit some sights and take pictures together.
