Q: Five years ago I was attacked while at work by a customer. Suffered broken bones Is it to late to file a claim?

A: File a claim against whom? The person who assaulted you? It would be too late for that as the statute of limitations in your state is 3 years from the date of the occurrence. Did you not file a workers compensation claim?
