Q: I have a no show warrant for missing alcohol screening classes and I am out of the country. what can I do to clean this

I Got a 1st time DUI in Arizona and got santanced a fine of 1800$ and alcohol screening classes. I only made payment of 800$ and missed all the classes. also, I missed the court date for missing the rest of the payments and the classes which couse a warrant to be issued on my name. I moved out of the country and now wants to go back but i want to clean my record. I can make the payments but I can't make any of the classes because they are not available here. I called the court and they told me to fax the judge about it. what should I say ???
