Q: If do not testify against my husband but the police took pictures anyway will my husband still go to jail regardless?
Me and my husband got into a fight and I called 911. I did not want them to press charges on him and i stated that i was not going to testify against him. but the took pictures will the states attorneys office still convict him anyway. I recommend that he get counseling. That we are working on our marriage?
