Potomac, MD asked in Criminal Law for Maryland

Q: Does my partner's ex-spouse have a case to press charges against my son?

My partner's ex spouse alleged that my son touched and pinched their daughter. He submits a Bill of Particulars that offers no proof. Only that my son pinched (and punched - then crossed out punched) her arm. He also submits a slew of new false allegations in the BOP (never mentioned in previous hearings). Is this enough to bring charges against my son?
