Q: The only ID of me, 10 yr. old mug shot shown in front of 5 witnesses at the same time.line up using mug shot legal??

This incident happened in the rear of a Las Vegas hotel so was on tape but was so dark hard to make out anything. Security guard trying to protect the hotel jumped on a moving vehicle (small white truck) to rescue the $12. 00 in pallets in the back There were 4 other officers standing by the back door 30 ft. away who did not move at all to help. They obtained the license plate number of said vehicle from the tape and all concluded the driver was not wearing glasses. I'm legally blind without glasses and even wear them to bed my mugshot when taken was without glasses request of officer. The license plate number given to officers when looked up I was the 4th owner of some vehicle that had to at plate. I have never owned a 9vehicle of that kind and my wife would testify that we did not ever own the vehicle in question. That was 5 yrs. ago my attorney said I should plead guilty after 3 years of court but no trial. took AlfredPlea. Destroyed my life

A: If this happened 5 years ago, there is probably very little that can be done now.
